We even saw one of Jessie’s daycare friends Sarah in the carpark and Sarah was telling Jessie of the great show she had just seen.

The show was good and we had a look around the markets afterwards as well.

I think Sophie wins for the best isle dancer for her efforts during the show.

On Thursday it was getting the car rego done, this wasn’t so great with an $838.00 bill at the end due to a list of items that needed fixing, plus a check on the oil leak on Monday and having that fixed if the leak is to bad. I did go and see a movie at Parramatta in the VMax cinema, it was Battlefield: Los Angeles. It was ok, very good special effects, a bit grusome in some parts and the story so very typical these days. Story was a mish mash of War of the Worlds, Independence Day and various others and you have the story line.

Also had to get my license redone as my wallet loves to eat and split any cards in it’s care. They did replace it for free as it split on the magnetic strip. I also look very much the crime in the photo.

Friday was just somethings around the house and some grocery shopping.

Today, Karla and Jessie are out at Jessie’s dancing classes, Ballet, Tap and Jazz. Miss J loves all three and does nothing but talk about when her next lessons are. Sophie and I have some us time, while Karla and Jessie are out and about.

Tomorrow will be swiming and off around the shops.

The lost items were in one of the pockets of the nappy bag and Karla felt them when getting the bag out last night.

The car was one place we never searched for the missing items.

We both have appoligised to Jessie as she never did take them it turns out.

This has made Jessica think about dying and she has been coming up with some strange statements.

My favourite one is: “I don’t want to die, I will miss myself.”

Another good one is: “I don’t want you under the ground.”

She gets a bit upset with the I’ll miss myself comment when she makes it. It’s still sort of funny though.

For Christmas I picked up another lense, which was the 70-300mm for only $149 while looking for a bigger camera bag. (Couldn’t pass it up)

Anyway been taking heaps of pictures and you can find these in the gallery if you are interested. I just have to learn how to use it now along with processing the raw image files as well.

Daycare Christmas 2010 Concert

When Karla went in to the kitchen later on, she found two of her 3 breakfast drinks on the kitchen floor, the third one was half empty sitting on the tv stand in the lounge room. Jessie had also taken the present ribbon box on the lounge.

Then after breakfast, Karla sat at the computer desk in the lounge room and found 3 red licorice sticks and a large bag of cheese and bacon balls open under the desk. I asked Jessie if there was anything else she told me she had the small blue scissors as well.

Needless to stay she is now in her room.

It was good to catch up with everyone, while we were doing the rounds.

We stayed with my Mum and Sally (the dog), Dad was travelling up from Adelaide in a truck while being followed by a crane. He made it home on the Monday afternoon and Jessie got to see him for a short while.

We also stayed with Jim and Sheelagh and the girls for two nights. Jessie was pretty excited to play with the girls again. Sophie also had heaps of fun with everyone.

We also say Darren and Carmel, Scott and Tammy along with all of the other kids as well.

Yes our little girl turns a big 4 years old today. She is very excited about being a big girl and late night believed that she was going to grow a few centermeters taller.

We’ve had Jessie and Sophie sick this week, both Jessie and Sophie were home on Wednesday and on Thursday Jessie was home, so Karla and I did half days with Jessie getting a train ride in to the city to see her Mum’s building and then a ride back home with Dad.

She was so tired that she only wanted to go to sleep in the back of the car and didn’t want her lunch until waking up after a 3 hour sleep.

She really enjoyed the train both in and out and looked very cute in her black coat and beanie.

Later on we went to collect Sophie from day care and Karla got home later after working back trying to get some order in to her work.

Not sure what is planned for this weekend so far, Saturday is freeish I think, Sunday will have swimming if everyone is well enough and Monday who knows.

Saturday just went, I can’t even remember what we did, nothing I think, we are all stll recovering from the previous weekend and the week. Karla’s been not 100% Sophie started to get unwell again, I’m still not better and Jessie is coughing a little and insists on that she is ill as well. (Doesn’t want to feel left out.)

Everyone except myself was passed out in bed by 7ish. I stayed up trying to get somethings working and watched a few saved shows on FoxTel, really sad old reruns of Star Trek Voyager and some new stuff.

Sunday Jessie and I went to swimming as Sophie was not well enough to go so she stayed home with Karla. On coming home we had a quick bite then back out to the Doctors for Sophie, myself and Karla to get checked out. Jessie decided she didn’t want to be good and was a pain the whole time there.

After the Doctors off to Westfield Parramatta to go clothes shopping for me and Karla. Again Jessie decided this was no fun and decided to let us all know about it for many hours.

Finally a stop for some food then home, both kids really tired so both off to bed, then house stuff.

Karla’s at home today with Sophie and I guess I will be home with her tomorrow when she is back off to see the Doctors again in the afternoon.

Did I forget to mention that Jessie decided to come in to our room at around 1.30am as her legs were sore. Then Sophie decided to wake up and scream out at around 3~3.30ish and play with her light switch. Then again at around 5.15am decided to wake up and not go back.

Karla also found Sophie playing with a biscut container from the kitchen in the lounge room this morning. Appears Miss Jessica took my custard creams from the kitchen and ate them in the morning and hid the container under her  kitchen sink.

This morning she also filled her bag up with various toys and took those to daycare without us knowing. It wasn’t until Karla saw her showing Emma all her stuff that she was found out, needles to say her toys were collected and returned home.
